PURPOSE:To have smooth re-acceleration at the high speed shift position and low speed shift position by furnishing a protrusion at the end of an adjusting plunger, thereby restricting return of a spool at the time of re-acceleration, and retarding the downshift speed after a certain gear ratio. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting plunger 75 is movably inserted from inside a spool 72 to the spring 74 side, and an adjusting spring 77 is installed between a retainer 76 at the tip of a protrusion and an operational plunger 73. Protrusion 75a is provided at the other end of this adjusting plunger 75, wherein the length of the protrusion is such as to accomplish communication of a groove 72a with a drain port 71d at the time of low speed shift position. As this protrusion 75a protrudes left from the end 72b at the time of a certain specified gear ratio, the protrusion 75a runs against the valve body 71 at re-acceleration, and the area of the drain port will not maximize to cause retardation of the downshift speed.
