ABSORBING SOLUTION FOR ABSORPTION REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the title absorbing solution capable of cooling an absorber and a condenser with air, obtaining low temperature (<=0 deg.C) and miniaturizing a device, by adding a specific monohydric alcohol to an absorbing solution containing lithium bromide and methanol. CONSTITUTION:An absorbing solution containing lithium bromide as an absorb ing agent and methanol as a refrigerant is blended with preferably 20-50,000ppm 6-24C monohydric alcohol (e.g. n-hexanol or 2-hepthylundecanol) to give the aimed absorbing solution.
