PURPOSE:To make it possible to separate CH cores using non-magnetic spacers in the same manner as used for the product heretofore manufactured without requiring high degree of preciseness in processing measurements by a method wherein a processing is conducted in the state in which each CH core on the sides of a rotor and a stator is not separated, and each CH core is adhered and formed in one body using non-magnetic spacers. CONSTITUTION:Non-magnetic spacers 4 and 12 are housed into the circular grooves 3 and 11 provided between the coil grooves 2 and 10 at least on one of cylindrical cores 1 and 9 of a rotor or a stator, and after they have been fixed to the cylindrical cores 1 and 9, circular grooves 5 and 13, leaving a part on both ends of the opposing surface on the side opposite of the coils 2 and 10, are provided in the depth reaching the spacers 4 and 12, the coils 8 and 16 of the cylindrical cores 1 and 2 are separated by the non-magnetic spacers 4 and 12. Consequently, as high degree of accuracy in processing measurements is not necessary, workability can be improved, a cylindrical holder is unnecessitated, and cost of the transformer can be cut down by the reduction in the number of parts needed. Also, each CH core can be separated using non-magnetic spacers in the state wherein the preciseness same as that of the single item of stator cores and rotor cores is being maintained.
|
