<p>PURPOSE:To thin down a cassette by constituting it in such a manner that when the cassette is loaded, both upper and lower lids for protecting a tape of this cassette are moved, so as to bite a rotary drum into the cassette. CONSTITUTION:The cassette 9 before loading into a cassette holder is protective for a tape 1 on both top and bottom with a 1st lid 2, a 2nd lid 3, a 3rd lid 4 and a bottom slide lid 8, and when the main body of the cassette 9 under this state is loaded into the cassette holder, the tape 1 is disposed (not protected) by sliding the 1st lid 2, the end lid 3 and the 3rd lid 4 respectively along a groove 6 and also by sliding the bottom slide 8, whereas the lids 2, 3 and 4 are connected with a fulcrum 5. When the cassette 9 is loaded into the cassette holder, and the lids 2, 3, 4 and 8 covering the tape 1 are moved, a space for entering a drum 13 into the cassette 9 is made up. Since the lids are not sprung up at the time of loading the cassette or forming a tape path, a thin type cassette is feasible.</p> |
