The membrane having interpenetrating polymer network for separating liq. mixt. is prepd. by crosslinking polymn. of urethane resin (I; R1=CH-CH2, where, R3=H, Me, n=1-3, m=5-40; R2= (-CH1-)m, -Ph-CH2-Ph-, -Ph(CH3)-) and styrene derivs. (II; R4=H, Me) at 60-150≰C, 1-10,000 atm. Thus, 1 mol hexamethylenediisocyanate and 0.5 mol polyethylene glycol are stirred to give polyurethane prepolymer. 0.25mol polyurethane prepolymer, 1.7 mol trimethylol propane, 35.7g styrene monomer mixt. and 0.71g dibutyle tin dilaurate are stirred and are reacted at 80≰C for 24 hr and again at 120≰C for 4 hr to give the polymeric membrane.
