PURPOSE:To provide the titled agent to be applied to the slope of a prepared ground, degraded mountain, athletic ground, and constructing road, etc., and composed of a polymer dispersion obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a monomer composed mainly of (meth)acrylic acid ester under specific condition. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent for preventing the soil erosion is composed of a liquid dispersion of an acrylic polymer having glass-transition temperature of -40-+20 deg.C and 5-9pH and obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a monomer composed mainly of preferably 1-8C acrylic acid ester and/or methacrylic acid ester, in an aqueous medium preferably in the presence of an anionic emulsifier such as sodium sulfate-type one. EFFECT:Effective to reinforce the ground and prevent the sliding of soil, scattering of soil with wind, and erosion by rain. |
