PURPOSE:To prevent the error of the painting-out of a graphic and the deformation of the graphic from generating by discriminating whether the variation of the (y) axis direction of an outline vector is negative or zero and preparing an outline when the outline is prepared from an outline vector. CONSTITUTION:A vector variation discriminating means discriminates the variation of the (y) axis direction of an outline vector, and an outline preparing means, when the variation of the (y) axis direction of the outline vector is negative, prepares the outline in accordance with the algorithm of Bresnham, at the time of zero, the means does not prepare the outline, and at the time of positive, prepares the outline at the position to shift by one dot in an (x) axis direction from the position determined by the algorithm of Bresnham. A plotting means starts the painting-out at the time of the odd number-th cross of the prepared outline and a horizontal scanning line and interrupts the painting-out at the time of the even number-th cross. Thus, the error does not occur at the painting-out of a graphic and the deformation from an original graphic is eliminated. |
