PURPOSE:To prevent such trouble that copying an overall photosensitive body becomes impossible by inhibiting an image producing segment including a scratched part from producing an image through the key-in of an operational part when part of the beltlike photosensitive body is scratched. CONSTITUTION:The operational part can specify the inhibition and release of producing an image in any image producing segment among plural image producing segments set to the photosensitive body. According to the instructions, control including the inhibition or release of image production is carried out in the operational part to execute an image producing process. As a result, when part of the photosensitive body is scratched, the image producing segment including the scratched part is inhibited from producing an image. Consequently, the entire excellent copy is available. In addition, the replacement of the photosensitive body is not needed to use it economically. |
