<p>PURPOSE:To convert a picture data with higher compression rate without orthogonal inversion by deleting part of a code data obtained through the data compression by the conversion encoding system. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 20 is connected to, e.g., a memory or a receiver of a communication circuit and a code data to be compressed by the conversion encoding system is read. A code identification device 21 identifies sections of codes of each component from the read code data. A component number counter 22 counts number of the identified component and when the count is smaller than the value given from a terminal 25, the code of identified each component passes through a low pass filter 23 and is outputted to a terminal 24. When the count reaches a value given from the terminal 25 or over, the low pass filter 23 closes a path to the terminal 24. Thus, the high frequency component after the value given from the terminal 25 is cut off.</p> |
