PURPOSE:To make uniform the temperature of the nozzle cooled with gas, by disposing a pair of gas flow paths in the nozzle interposing the row of orifices therebetween, and setting the flow rate coefficient at one opening of the gas flow path different from the one at the outer opening of the path. CONSTITUTION:The molten heat-softening material extruded from the opening 3 of the orifice 2 is strongly extended to a fine filament 4 by the collision with the gas jet ejected from the gas ejecting nozzles 9 and 9'. The orifice is detachably inserted into the gas flow path 8 on the chamber 7 side of the nozzle 1, and the chamber 7' and path 8' have the similar structure. The amount of heat removed from the nozzle by the hot gas introduced into each of the gas flow paths 8 and 8' decreases gradually from one end of the nozzle to the other end of the path (lines B and C), and consequently, the overall amount of heat removed from the nozzle by gas flows in both paths (line S2) shows that the difference of the amounts of heat removal between the central part and the end part of the nozzle is extremely small. |
