CONSTITUTION:When a sun gear 30 rotates, planetary gears 36 and 37 are decelerated with a gear ratio of them around a semi-rigid cable 10 to revolve round the sun while rotating on their own axes in proportion to speed of the sun gear. Semicircular cutters 45 and 47 are widened outward with shafts 46 and 48 as the central figure by centrifugal force by revolving the planetary gears 36 and 37 at high speed, revolving round the semi-rigid cable while giving cutting force to the cable 10, and the semi-rigid cable 10 is cut until pins 53 and 54 are brought into contact with the ends of long holes 51 and 52. That is, to bring the pins 53 and 54 into contact with the ends of the long holes 51 and 52 acts as a stopper.</p> |
