<p>PURPOSE:To small pelletize basidiomycetes in a biological reactor and to enhance contact efficiency with humic acid-contg. water and to improve decomposition performance by providing both a means for agitating and shaking basidiomycetes to be seeded and a means for agitating and shaking basidiomycetes returned to the biological reactor after having been precipitated in a precipitation tank. CONSTITUTION:In the case of starting treatment of humic acid-contg. water, basidiomycetes wherein hypha has been dispersed by strong agitation and shaking, etc., in an agitation vessel V3 are slowly agitated in a biological reactor while utilizing glucose as a main carbon source and many basidiomycetes are propagated to a small pellet. Then humic acid-contg. water is introduced into the biological reactor through a line P1 and brought into contact with the pellet- like basidiomycetes and transferred to continuous treatment. In this continuous treatment, the basidiomycetes are dispersed by agitating and shaking them in an agitation vessel V4 provided to a return line P7 through which basidiomycetes are returned to the biological reactor V1 from a precipitation vessel.</p> |
