PURPOSE:To improve the reducing aptitude and the preservable property of the title solution by incorporating a ferric chelate compd. of aminopolycarboxylic acid having oxidation-reduction potential of >=1-100mV and a specified compd. in the reducing solution. CONSTITUTION:The ferric chelate compd. of the aminopolycarboxylic acid having the oxidation-reduction potential of >=1-100mV and the compd. shown by formulas I-VI are incorporated in the reducing solution. In the formula, M<1>A and M<2>A are each hydrogen atom, an alkali metal atom or ammonium, etc., R<1>A and R<6>A are alkyl, alkylene, aryl or a heterocyclic ring residual group, R<10>A-R<16>A and R<22>A are each hydrogen atom or alkyl group, etc., X<1>A is amino, sulfo, hydroxy or carboxyl group or hydrogen atom, A<1>A is a n-valent aliphatic linking group, or an aromatic linking group or a heterocyclic ring linking group, X<2>A is -O- or -S- group, etc., R<17>A and R<18>A are each alkyl group, R<19>A is alkylene group, Z<2>A is an anion lA, mA, pA, and qA are each an integer. Thus, the reducing aptitude and the preservable stability of the reducing solution are improved. |
