PURPOSE:To prevent trouble due to misoperation and to eliminate loss time in file processing by providing an operation control file and incorporating an operation administration control program in each job. CONSTITUTION:An initial processing program P1 inputs the information of the operation administration control file and then collates it with the execution conditions of the corresponding job to decide the adequacy of execution exceeding a following application program P1. When the execution is not adequate, value is set in an external switch which can be referred to from outside the program. This external switch can be identified with JCL and used to control a flow of whether the job is quitted or carried on. Further, an end processing program PF updates information on the execution end of the job. In general, a service system consists of plural jobs, which are executed in the increasing order of their job numbers.
