It consists of an extractable part 1 having a rotary knob 2 in its upper part and male plugs 6 in its lower part. It furthermore consists of a fixed part 7 which allows the electrical connection 13 15 19 of the device protected by a metal tube 10 as far as the floor 20 of the motor vehicle.
