PURPOSE:To obtain uniform sensitivity and to effectively prevent deterioration by combining a charge transfer layer contg. a specific hydrazone compd. and distylyl compd. with a charge generating layer, thereby constituting the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer contains the hydrazone compd. expressed by the formula I and the distylyl compd. expressed by the formula II. In the formula I, X, Y denotes hydrogen, lower alkyl group, etc.; Z denotes a lower alkyl group, benzyl group, etc.; Z' denotes hydrogen, alkyl group, etc.; R1 denotes a lower alkyl group, aryl group or benzyl group. In the formula II, Ar1 to Ar3 denote an alkyl group, aralkyl group, etc.; R2, R3 denote an alkyl group, aralkyl group, etc.; R4 denotes hydrogen, alkyl group, etc.; Ar4 denotes hydrogen, alkyl group. The harmless light which induces photofatigue is absorbed in this way and the characteristics, such as excellent sensitivity, are imparted to the photosensitive body. |
