PURPOSE:To manufacture a multilayer structure compression molded form with a relatively low cost by generating composite molten synthetic resin material in which inner molten synthetic resin is covered with first outer molten synthetic resin and second outer molten synthetic resin, and compression molding the material in a predetermined shape. CONSTITUTION:A first outer molten synthetic resin 2 which may be of a plate state such as a disc or rectangular plate is molded, an inner molten synthetic resin 4 which may be of a lumped state such as a columnar, a square columnar or spherical state is placed on the resin 2, a second outer molten synthetic resin 6 which may be similarly to the resin 2 such as a plate state like a disc or rectangular plate is laminated on the resins 2 and 4, the resin 4 is interposed between the resins 2 and 6, and a composite molten synthetic resin material 8 in which the resin 4 is covered with the resins 2, 6 is generated.
