PURPOSE: To prevent distortion and deformation of parts during a production process by making the positioning between the constitutional parts of a head accurate by selectively treating the surfaces of constitutional laminar parts to provide a filler between them, and properly pressing the parts and heating them to braze the mutual constitutional parts. CONSTITUTION: As a material of a head, stainless steel is pref. and, in the case of ink less corrosive, a material such as copper, nickel or the like may be used. A filler is selected from gold, silver, copper, nickel and a combination of them and provided on a surface by sputtering, vacuum vapor deposition, electroplating or the like and the thickness thereof is set to about 1/16-2μm. Pressure of 1/2-100 pis is applied to the surfaces to be bonded during a diffusion bonding process and heat is applied thereto to melt the filler to mutually braze the parts. This brazing is performed in a hydrogen atmosphere or a vacuum furnace.
