PURPOSE:To obtain the subject gelatinous conjugate in spite of a high moisture content by bringing a coagulating solution into contact with a solution of an alginate, etc., mutually bonding and forming the formed gelatinous capsules enclosing an aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION:Gelatinous capsules enclosing an aqueous medium are mutually brought into contact and an alginate or low-methoxyl pectin solution sticks to the surface of the above-mentioned capsule surfaces. In this state, the capsules are then reacted and coagulated with a coagulating solution to afford the objective capsule conjugate having mutually bonded gelatinous capsules consisting of a crosslinked substance of alginic acid and/or low methoxyl pectin enclosing the aqueous medium. |
