PURPOSE:To automatically issue a call immediately after returning to a communicable state and to inform the feasibility of communication by providing a means to store a call issuing request and a call issuing request means which automatically issues the call issuing request when the communicable state is set. CONSTITUTION:Mobile equipment 104 always monitors the reception sensitivity of a communication control channel in a service area 104 to which its own equipment belongs, and outputs a prescribed message to a voice synthesis circuit 12 when a reception level goes less than a preset level, and informs the infeasibility of the communication to a user. Meanwhile, when the mobile station 104 returns to an area 101 and electric field strength goes to communicable one, a control part 8 outputs a communication request to a control station 102 based on the communication request recorded on a storage part 9, and receives the designation of a speech channel. The control part 8, at the time of obtaining the designation of the speech channel, reads out a prescribed voice code from a code storage part 10, and outputs a message representing the communicable state in voice by a speaker via the circuit 12. |
