PURPOSE:To obtain the foamless base impregnated with resin, while a lange scale device is not necessary and varnish solvent is not scattered by a method in which a base is introduced into the impregnating tank containing varnish, and after the base has been impregnated with varnish, it is transferred outside of the impregnating tank through the inside of the covering tank whose lower end is dipped in the varnish in the impregnating tank, and which has a space at the upper part inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is introduced into e.g., the impregnating tank 3 containing phenol resin varnish 2, and after the base 1 has been impregnated with phenol resin varnish, it is transferred outside of the impregnating tank through the inside of the covering tank 6 whose lower end 4 is dipped into the varnish 2 in the impregnating tank and which has a space 5 at the upper part inside thereof, and the base 8 impregnated with resin is obtained through squeezing rolls 7. |
