METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPERATING DISTILLING COLUMN WITH SIDE BOILING EQUIPMENT IN OPTIMUM CONDITION

PURPOSE: To improve the function of a distillation column by supplying a liquid to a side heating apparatus via a chimney plate arranged above a feed plate and directly leading out a part of the flown-in liquid to a plate located underneath the chimney plate. CONSTITUTION: An extract obtained in an extraction process is introduced into the central region of a distillation column 1 via a conduit tube 2. A hydrocarbon to be obtained is withdrawn as a distillate from the distillation column 1 via a conduit tube 4. Partial amount of the withdrawn hydrocarbon is charged again as a reflux to an upper part of the distillation column 1 via a conduit tube 5. Removed solvent is taken out of a distillation drum of the distillation column 1 via a conduit tube 6 and is supplied to the extraction process via the conduit tube 6. Further the liquid is supplied to the side heating apparatus 10 from the chimney plate 11 arranged above the feed plate 3. A vapor-liquid mixture which has escaped through a top of the side heating apparatus 10 is introduced into the distillation column 1 via a conduit tube 18.
