PURPOSE:To improve safety by storing the voice of a magnetic card owner himself to the registered word storage part of a central registration part, inputting the voice of the magnetic card owner from the voice input part of a recognition part, comparing the inputted voice with the voice of the magnetic card owner stored in the registered word storage part and deciding the inputted voice. CONSTITUTION:At first, the voice of the magnetic card owner himself is registered to a registered word storage part 8 of a central registration part 1. When a magnetic card is inserted to a magnetic card reader 16 of a recognition part 20 and a personal identification number is inputted from a data input part 14, a personal identification number read out of the magnetic card is compared with the personal identification number inputted from the data input part 14. Then, when the both numbers are coincident with each other, the voice of the magnetic card owner is inputted from a voice input part 17. The inputted voice is compared with the voice registered to the registered word storage part 8 and when the both voices are decided same, the identity of the magnetic card owner is decided. Thus, the identity is double checked by the personal identification number and voice and the high degree of the safety can be obtained. |
