PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a hunting phenomenon and a shock by a method wherein the titled device is provided with a control spring for holding a poppet within a spool and both ends of the spool is made to confront a damping chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pressurized oil which has entered a pump port 5 opens a check valve 1 and flows into a motor 60 through a motor port 17. In this case, the oil in the pump port 15 opens to move the spool 4 against the force of a spring 12 whereupon an annular groove 14 and a motor port 18 are overlapped each other so that the return oil from the motor 60 is returned to a tank through the motor port 18, the annular groove 14 and the pump port 16. With the above structure, a damping effect for slowing the movement of the spool takes place. |
