PURPOSE:To enhance the suction performance of a dip type electronic part for augmenting the mounting factor by a method wherein the surface of a rotary body is made flush with the surface of a case or slightly lower than the latter surface. CONSTITUTION:A fixing plate 4 is fixed on a case 3 with a resistor substrate 1 inserted into the bottom part thereof 3 through the intermediary of a thermo- setting resin 7 while a knob 8 integrated with a sleeve 6 is free rotatively fixed on the fixing plate so as to constitute a dip type electronic part such as a rotary variable resistor etc. The surface of the knob 8 is made flush with the surface of the fixing plate 4 or slightly lower than the latter surface while the surface of the fixing plate 4 is made into a suction surface and, even if the position of a suction nozzle is slightly slipped, the suction work may be performed satisfactorily so that the title electronic part in excellent suction performance and high mounting efficiency may be manufactured.
