PURPOSE:To prevent the laminar delamination of a product, in the injection molding of thermoplastic resin inferior in melt flowability, by inserting a gate in a mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:Molten thermoplastic resin is injected into a mold cavity 7 from the gate 6 inserted into the mold cavity 7 through a sprue 4 and a runner 5 to obtain a molded product 8. The laminar delamination of the molded product is improved by using the gate of which the inner and outer diameters are made smaller and the gate of which the inner diameter is in a range of 0.5-2.0mm.phi, the outer diameter is 10mm.phi or less and the ratio of insert length/outer diameter is 0.5 or more is pref. used. |
