PURPOSE:To use a simple molding die and manufacture easily vinyl chloride resin molded products of various shapes in compliance with the required quantity by filling sol-like vinyl chloride resin in the molding die with a recessed section having letters, figures, sings or patterns, heating, curing and releasing. CONSTITUTION:A molding die 1 is formed by stamping a thin metal sheet, forming a recessed section 2 which forms letters in the center of a plane section and forming foot sections 3 on both side surfaces. Various kinds of metals can be used for the metal sheet, and particularly aluminum is preferred. Sol-like vinyl chloride resin is filled in a molding die 1 with the recessed section 2. As for the forming method, the sol-like vinyl chloride resin is extruded out of an extrusion tube and injected into the molding die, or resin is injected simultaneously into a number of molding dies in which extrusion tubes accommodating the resin are set. The molding die filled with sol-like vinyl chloride resin is placed and heated on a heating plate such as a hot plate or an oven toaster or the like to cure the sol-like vinyl chloride and releasing the same after cooling to manufacture a vinyl chloride resin molded product 4. |
