PURPOSE: To smoothly execute a mold assembling work by constituting a lost foam casting mold assembly with a mold member having a first and a second side parts and plural holes for giving the shape of a formed product and a mold device containing ejector pins. CONSTITUTION: The mold assembly 10 is constituted with the mold member 14 having the first and the second side parts 16, 18 and the holes 20 for giving the shape of the formed product and the mold device 12 containing the ejector pins 22. The ejector pin 22 is shifted at the time of assembling, so as to form a first end part as a part of the surface containing the first side part 16, and thereby, the destructive contact of the mold member 14 with the second side part 18 during assembling can be reduced and the smooth assembling work of the mold assembly 10 can be executed. |
