PURPOSE:To contrive a positioning between mechanism parts, an adjustment of an operation timing and facilitation of exchange and adjustment of the mechanism parts by a method wherein a component mounting part, a component fixing part and a control part are integrally fixed on a frame in a mounting unit and the title device excluding the mounting unit is separated into a printed board positioning part usable in a general-purpose manner and a general control part. CONSTITUTION:A mounting unit A comprises a component mounting part (a component chucking part) A3 which holes a component and mounts the component on a substrate, a component fixing part A6 which fixes the component mounted on the substrate on the substrate, and a control part A5, which controls the operations of the parts A3 and A6, all being integrally fixed on a frame A1. A printed board positioning part B4 is one, which mounts the substrate on a table and moves the substrate to a component insertion position, and the unit A is detachably mounted thereon. A general control part C gives an operation command to the unit A according to each mounting indication data and the table of the part B4 is moved according to a request from the unit A. Thereby, a positioning between mechanism parts, an adjustment of an operation timing and the facilitation of exchange and adjustment of the mechanism parts are contrived. |
