PURPOSE: To automate electrophoresic by providing a automatic crane between a sample plate unit and an electrophoretic chamber. CONSTITUTION: An automatic electrophoretic apparatus 10 has a base 16 mounting a electrophoretic chamber 13 to mount a sample plate unit 14 and a support medium 12. The support medium 12 has a back material covered by the use of a material consisting of cellulose acetate, agalose or glue substance. Also, the apparatus 10 is provided between the unit 14 and the chamber 13 with an automatic crane 30 moving in the vertical direction, while being provided with a scanning box 100 having a side wall 106, an inlet wall 102 and a rear wall. The scanning box 100 is on the front side with a slot 104 and a door is attached to the box 100 to separate the scanning box 100 during the respective processes of the electric migration, coloration and scanning. |
