PURPOSE:To eliminate the falling of content at the time of work and to prevent the generation of a seal mistake by a method wherein an article to be received being a medical material is sealed in an inner bag and this inner bag is received in an outer bag to be sealed therein and, after sterilization and drying, the outer bag is heat-sealed so that the gas permeable and bacteria impermeable part of the outer bag is not superposed on the inner bag. CONSTITUTION:After a medical material 2 is received in an inner bag 1, the opening thereof is heat-sealed and a heat-sealed part 5 is formed to seal the medical material 2. Subsequently, the inner bag 1 is received in an outer bag 6 and the opening part of the outer bag 6 is heat-sealed to form a heat-sealed part 8. Thereafter, sterilizing gas is supplied to the whole of the outer bag to sterilize not only inner surface of the outer bag 6 and the outer surface of the inner bag 1 but also the received medical material 2 and the inner surface of the inner bag 1. Next, the whole is dried in a drying oven after or while the sterilizing gas is discharged. Thereafter, the A-A part present slightly below the gas permeable and bacteria impermeable part of the outer bag is heat-sealed to form a heat-sealed part. |
