PURPOSE:To eliminate effects of the temperature variance upon a reference voltage by connecting plural diodes in series between one emitter of a pair of differential transistors TRs and a constant current source and controlling them to equalize collector currents of two TRs. CONSTITUTION:TRs 1 and 2 constitute the differential pair driven by a constant current source 30 having a constant current I0, and plural diodes 11 to 13... are inserted between the emitter of the TR 2 and the constant current source 30. TRs 3 and 4 are the load of the differential pair, and a TR 7 is driven through a level shift circuit consisting of TRs 6 and 5 and a constant current source 31 having a constant current I1. A resistance 50 and a capacitor 51 constitute a phase correcting circuit. The output of a complementary circuit is fed back to the base of the TR 2 to equalize collector currents of TRs 1 and 2 constituting the differential pair. Thus, effects of the temperature variance upon the reference voltage is eliminated. |
