PURPOSE:To reduce the number of frequencies (channels) and its band width used for telephone conference by mixing voice signals of plural slave sets which are members of a telephone conference and also voice signals from a telephone line altogether at a master set and sending the mixed signal in common to plural slave sets at a single frequency. CONSTITUTION:Since a master set 130 mixes voice signals from a telephone line 11a and slave sets 131-132 being components of a telephone conference in the conference mode in the communication among the master set 130, the telephone line 11a, and the slave set 131 in addition to the slave sets 132, 133, the signal is sent in a single frequency to the slave sets 131-133. Thus, number of frequencies, that is, channels used for the telephone conference is enough to be number of the slave sets 131-133 and the master set 130 participating in the conference. Thus, the number of channels used for the telephone conference is decreased and the band width is also reduced. |
