PURPOSE:To reset the setting equivalent to the values of taps only by changes of the tap values by equipping an input transformer with a tap changer and a tap change information section and enabling a relay decision section to identify the tap value information of the input transformer. CONSTITUTION:The present invention comprises a tap changer 12, a tap change information section 22 having a plurality of taps 22a, 22b, 22c, and 22d, which link to the taps 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d of said tap changer 12 respectively and the tap selection information of which is used as selection information in tap changing, and a tap plug 23 for selective setting. The level-changed analogue quantities of electricity are taken in an AI 13d, converted to digital signals, and calculated with a CPU 13c. The CPU 13c identifies the tap positions decided from the digital signals converted from the level-changed analogue quantities of electricity of the taps. |
