PURPOSE:To effectively remove the foreign matter sticking to brushing hair groups by providing movable bodies which make sliding contact with the brushing hair group in the washing liquid in a washing tank. CONSTITUTION:The movable bodies 7 are inserted through the brushing hair groups 5 of washing brushes 4 and are positioned above the brushing hair groups 5. The bottom ends of aluminum stock pipes A are fitted to the head parts 8 of the movable bodies 7 and the bottom end faces of the aluminum stock pipes A are pressed to collar bodies 9. The projections 10a of base parts 10 of the movable bodies 7 come into contact with the front end parts of the respective brushing hair groups 5 and curve the respective brushes downward at the time when the movable bodies pass the inside of the brushing hair groups 5; thereafter, the projections are disengaged from the ends of the brushing hair groups 5. The brush hair of the brushing hair groups 5 is sprung upward by elastic force in this way and the foreign matter is removed from the brush hair. The generation of an appearance defect is prevented in this way. |
