<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in the above load aliging device in a distribution center, etc., by arranging a buffer conveyer along a conveyer line, by detecting a load at a storage port and unloading it onto the line if there is an empty space on the line, and by unloading the load onto the line and the buffer according to a shipment order instruction from a shipment port. CONSTITUTION:When a load is applied onto a storage port conveyer 10 and a storage operation button 16 is operated, a controlling device 24 retrieves an empty cart 14B and the closet cart 14B is called in. Then, the cart 14B is moved to the storage port conveyer 10 and receives the load from a storage unloading device 26. Next, an empty state of a buffer conveyer 20 is detected, the cart 14B is moved to the empty buffer 20, and the load is stored in the buffer conveyer 20 by a buffer unloading device 22. In the mean time, the controlling device 24 detects the load on the buffer 20 and a line 14 and directs unloading onto a shipment port conveyer 12 by a shipment instruction from a shipment operation panel 18.</p> |
