<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the defect of a cock such as scraping due to many rotations of the cock, increase the diameter of a flow passage, and improve durability by using polyester elastomer for the barrel section of the cock. CONSTITUTION:A three-way plug 1 is constituted of a main body 2, a cock 5 and a cover body 10, the cock 5 has a cylinder section 3, and a barrel section 6 is rotatably coupled liquid-tightly in the inner cavity 31 of the cylinder section 3. Polyester elastomer is used for the constituting material of the barrel section 6, thus the defect such as scraping caused by the rotation of the cock 5 can be suppressed. Polyester elastomer has a high bending elastic modulus, thus the defect such as scraping rarely occurs even if diameters of openings 70a, 70b and 70c of the cock 5 are increased regardless of the material of the main body 2. This three-way plug 1 can be used for a long period, and the safety for an organism is high when this material is used for medical application.</p> |
