PURPOSE: To enable synchronization even by an extremely high frequency, to facilitate mass production while maintaining a desired characteristic and to reduce power consumption and a manufacturing cost by providing a hollow for housing a resonator and a passage for housing a combined loop member. CONSTITUTION: When layer member 12 and 18 are assembled, pairs of openings 50/54 and 52/56 are positioned to form the hollow for housing a resonator element. In addition, thin and long recessed grooves 80, 82 and 84 for housing the combined loop member are provided on a surface 14 and recessed grooves 86, 88 and 90 are provided on the surface 20 of the layer member 18. Then at the time of assembling a housing 10 to make a passage for the combined loop member, the pairs of the grooves, 80/86, 82/88 and 84/90 are mutually matched. Then by working the member by the technique of chemical machine work, the thickness of a component constituting a filter is reduced to reduce a distance between ball pieces. Consequently, it is possible to mass-produce filters enabling synchronization even by the extremely high frequency, reducing power consumption, the cost, and stabilizing the quality. |
