PURPOSE:To keep the initial spring constant low at the time of operation by forming a thin section on the upper periphery of a bound bumper, and forming a preset clearance between the upper end face of the bound bumper and an upper spring sheet. CONSTITUTION:A soft bound bumper 5 is coaxially arranged with a rod 2 at the lower section of an upper spring sheet 3 provided at the upper section of the rod 2. A thin section 5b is formed on the upper periphery of the bound bumper 5, and the outer periphery of the thin section 5b and the inner wall face of the upper spring sheet 3 are connected and fixed via a circular fixing body 9 between them. A preset clearance (a) is formed between the upper end face 5c of the bound bumper 5 and the lower face of the upper spring sheet 3. The extension of the rod 2 is received by the deformation of the thin section 5b in the shearing direction at the initial stage of compression, thus the spring constant can be kept low. When a large compressing force is applied, the upper end face 5c collides with the upper spring sheet 3 to receive the compressing force. |
