PURPOSE:To construct a user system with use of a package software as a base by providing a data for exchange setting means, user program calling means and data for exchange evaluating means. CONSTITUTION:A data for exchange setting means 1 analyzes a description concerning the call of a user function in a text buffer 9, sets an input data table 10, sets an effective input data number 11 and further initially sets a function value 7 and the area of a turn code 8. A user program calling means 2 succeeds a user program name from the data for exchange setting means 1 and based on this name, a request is given to an operating system 5 so that the name can be dynamically coupled with a user program 5. A data for exchange evaluating means 3 evaluates whether the user program 5 is normally finished or not and whether the function value 7 is suitable as a value or not.
