Valve for aerosol container - consists of rigid riser pipe with flexible riser pipe joined by plastics adaptor

The valve for spraying a liquid from an aerosol container using compressed air or nitrogen with an operating pressure of 8-10 bars, incorporates a highly flexible riser-pipe (5) on a downward-protruding rigid valve-riser pipe (3) in the middle. The end of the riser-pipe has a weight (6). The vertical downward-protruding riser pipe and the flexible riser pipe are connected by a plastics adaptor (4) with central through-hole. On one end of the adaptor is the rigid pipe and on the other end the flexible pipe. A flexible plastic insert (7) protrudes through a middle hole in the inner wall of the aerosol container. USE/ADVANTAGE- Even when the aerosol container is nearly empty, the riser pipe still reaches to the remaining liquid to be sprayed.
