摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To generate a plurality levels of calibration light amount from a single calibration light source to enable multi-point calibration by providing a permeability variable device with permeability varying according to a control signal on a light path between a calibration light source and an optical means. CONSTITUTION:A permeability variable device 8 wherein light permeability is varied in two stable levels according to a control signal from a controller 11 is provided on a light path between a calibration light source 4 and a light guide 5. The light from the light source at the time of orbit calibration is attenuated by a specific amount by the variable device 8 and is incident to the guide 5 to be emitted as calibration light 7. The calibration light 7 is incident to a solid image-pickup device 3 through a telescope 2 by an introduction mirror 6. The controller 11 performs calibration on the orbit of a radiation system by an output obtained from the device 3. Thus multi-point calibration wherein a plurality of levels of calibration light amount are obtained from one calibration light source is made possible, and the weight, size and electric power required can be reduced.</p>
