PURPOSE: To reduce the number of cut out commands property and to cope with future power consumption by giving an instruction to turn off a load with a cut in/out processor and providing a prediction control part. CONSTITUTION: Remote panels 16-1-16-N control, for example, four loads A-D. Assuming that a cut in/out processor 12 requests that the load D which is combined to the remote panel 16-N be turned off, the processor 12 creates a message for addressing the remote panel 16-N. Then, the processor 12 gives an instruction for turning off the load D by an on-off control part 18 to the remote panel. The number of cut out commands can be increased or decreased according to the level of an entire device, including a load to be controlled and various kinds of automatic control routines. A prediction control part 42 performs cut in/out and gives an inquiry about a buffer 36 for calculating a predicted power level, thus coping with the amount of future power consumption. |
