<p>Polyhydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones of general formula (I), where, with R1 = R2 = hydroxy group, R3 = tret.butyl and R4 = hydrogen, or R3 = hydroxy group and R4 = propyl or 2-carboxyethyl; with R1 = R2 = 2-hydroxyethyl group, R3 = hydroxy group and R4 = methyl; with R1 = R2 = glutathionyl, R3 = hydroxy group and R4 = methyl or ethyl or a hydroxy group. The claimed compositions have the property of protector of the myocardium under ischemia and reperfusion. The most active compositions are 2,3,5,6,8-pentahydroxy-7-(2-carboxyethyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone and 5,6,8-trihydroxy-2,3-diglutathionyl-7-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone. Polyhydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones are the active substances of the claimed pharmaceutical preparation.</p> |
