PURPOSE:To enable suitable guidance through a counter corresponding to a transaction for a customer by a privately provided guiding device by providing a means to retrieve information concerning the counter corresponding to the information concerning the inputted transaction. CONSTITUTION:When the customer goes to a guiding device 1 installed in front of a store, etc., and inputs the desired transaction by a transaction input means 2, the reception counter is retrieved by a retrieving means 4 according to the kind of the inputted transaction and a retrieved result is outputted to an output means 4 such as a display or a printer, etc. As the information to be outputted, there are waiting person number information to be outputted from a waiting person number output means 6 or reception number information to be outputted from a reception number output means 7 besides a counter number, and it is notified by a notifying means 5 that the customer comes to the retrieved counter. When there are the plural counters to one kind of the transaction, the counter with the small number of waiting persons is retrieved by a counter retrieving means 8. Thus, the speedy and suitable guidance can be executed. |
