<p>The method comprises kneading dough made up of flour, yeast, flavouring additives and water, cutting it into portions, proving and baking. According to the invention, at least 0.1 % of the total volume of the water, or of the pre-prepared suspension of yeast and water, added for kneading is subjected to line-polarized irradiation at a wavelength of 630-660 nm and at a radiant flux density of 5-25 mVt/cm2.</p> |
