PURPOSE:To improve safety for access to a remote computer by judging the permission of use according to the identifier of a user, time band permitted for the user and connecting route. CONSTITUTION:A user starting procedure part 3 compares user information, which are composed of the user ID registered to an area 7 of filing system 5, password, usable file area, file capacity use time band and usable remote computer system 2, etc., with a use staring request inputted from a terminal equipment 6 by the user. An interface part 6 compares remote access information, which are composed of the remote computer system 2 to perform access to the system 2 itself registered in an area 8, user ID and use time band, etc., with the use starting request inputted from the distant terminal equipment 6, and in the case of dissidence, the use is refused. Thus, the safety can be improved without damaging operability. |
