The use of Zn(OH)2-(Ca(OH)2 gel (I) to increase the activity of an antigen soln. is claimed. A lecithin (L) and a polyalphaolefin (PAO) may also be used to form a synergistic compsn. with (I). Also claimed are antigen solns. to which (I), a lecithin suspension and PAO have been added.
