The projectile has an end section with a guide formation, formed by radially outwards extending and longitudinal guiding components. This end section is formed by a rearwards widening cone with a round or un-round cross-section. Each of the guide bodies (3) is wedge-shaped, with an outer edge (7). The outer edge (7), in the vicinity of the transition of the projectile into the cone, extends from the outer surface of the projectile, projecting outwards and to the rear. The guide body (3) widens inwards radially from the outer edge, so that radially a triangular cross-section is formed. USE/ADVANTAGE - For military applications, to constitute a projectile which is resistant in the ultrasound range heat load conditions, and at the same time presents a satisfactory stabilisation.
