PURPOSE:To eliminate complicated work and wasteful time by freely defining a menu fitted in a document by a user, and automatically performing defined processing by selecting the menu. CONSTITUTION:When the definition of the menu is performed at the time of designing an electronic document, an electronic cut-form controller 3 issues a processing request to a menu definition setting device 4 by receiving the request of menu definition from a keyboard 2. The menu definition setting device 4 issues the processing request to a new menu preparing part 5, a menu correction part 6, a menu deletion part 7, or a menu moving part 8 based on the content of the processing request. Therefore, it is possible to freely define the menu proper to each of electronic documents by the user oneself, and to automatically perform a series of processing proper to the document by selecting the processing from the menu when a prepared document is used. In such a way, complicated slip processing work can be eliminated, and work time can be shortened. |
